Can I switch from subscription to one-time payment?
Yes! If you've been on the subscription plan and want to own your website outright, we can work out a transition that credits some of your subscription payments.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel after a minimum of one year with 30 days notice. Your website will remain live for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to move it or make other arrangements.
Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not. The prices shown include everything—design, development, hosting, SSL, and maintenance. The only extras would be specific features we discuss and agree on upfront.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most projects take 4-6 weeks from start to launch. More complex sites may take longer, but I'll give you a clear timeline before we begin.
Do you offer payment plans for one-time projects?
Yes! For one-time projects, I can split the payment into milestones: 50% to start, 25% at design approval, and 25% at launch.
What if I need more than 10 pages on the subscription plan?
We can definitely add more pages. Each additional page is $25/month +GST on the subscription plan, or we can discuss a custom package.
